Headspace has a cool name and to back that up, they provide a great place to work from. They’re popular for that superb sound system, free bars, kitchens; it’s a great place to work from or to have a meeting. You can pick Farringdon if you’re looking for a place in Central London or Marylebone for those in West London.  Their prices start from £400 per and £ 550 person per month in Farringdon and Marylebone respectively. These prices are inclusive of VAT and you get 24/7 access to your workstation and all the amenities like a dedicated desk.

Innovative warehouse

This is for you if you’re looking for a premier coworking space that has a robust network of investors. Innovation Warehouse was established in 2010 and has excellent facilities for individual and group teams. Some of their partners include Capital Enterprise, Accelerator Academy, even the City of London. They’re located in 1 E Poultry Avenue, London, EC1A 9PT. Their prices start from £150 a month for Hot Desking, £250 a month for semi-permanent, and £350 a month for The Hive.

90 Mainyard

This is for you if you want a lively coworking space that has all the hustle and bustle of a modern city. 90 Mainyard has an ample, open coworking space that’s recommendable for startups that are looking for a vibrant coworking atmosphere. 90 Mainyard is located at 90 Wallis Road, London, E9 5LN. It’s also one of the most affordable co-working spaces in London, costing you £180 – £200 each month for 24-hour access to working space. You also get a free trial day to try out the place, before paying for it.

Central working

Central Working has an element of elegance and luxuriousness to its coworking space, which isn’t surprising, considering that the CEO here used to design luxury airport lounges.  Great amenities here although their prices are presently unclear on their site. Perhaps you should drop them an email or call for more details. They’re located in the City (4 Crown Place, E2CA 4BT), Paddington (2 Kingdom Street, W2 6BD), Bloomsbury (11-13 Bayley Street, London, WC1B 3HD), Shoreditch (6-8 Bonhill Street, EC2A 4BX), and Farrington (St John’s Square, 86-88 Clerkenwell Road, ECIM 5RJ).

Second Home

Second Home has super fast internet, offering download speeds of up to 2GB per second. This is a melting pot of diversity; you’re likely to stumble upon anyone here; from small startups to famous investors, to university students, foreign tourists, you name it. The coworking space is nicely decorated, making it indeed a Second home away from home. They’re located on 125-129 Mare Street, London E8 3SJ AND 68 Hanbury Street, London E1 5JL.

Huckletree

This is an interesting working space that combines a working area and a playground. Huckletree Kind of blends the formal and the informal into an excellent environment. There are plenty of tea breaks, and the pricing is super flexible. Have a look at the detailed pricing here. It is located in Clerkenwell, Shoreditch, West London (near the MediaWorks Building, White City Place).

Sohoworks

Sohoworks has 16,000 ft of working space and mainly targets startups or individuals in the creative industry. It has fantastic meeting rooms, tech support, phone booths, and so much more. Their prices start from £400 a month for hot desk membership, £550 a month for a fixed desk, and £650 a month for a group of 1-10 sharing a desk. Daily Hot desking costs £40 per visit. Club Workspace

This is a fast-growing coworking space that prides itself of offering you 19 locations to pick from. Club Workspace offers flexible membership and great amenities. They’ve worked with over 4,000 startups, which makes it a great place to meet other likeminded entrepreneurs and freelancers. Prices start from £300 a month for coworking, £350 a month for a dedicated desk, and £200 a month for offices. Cocoon Networks

This is a great option for tech startups looking to penetrate the Chinese market. Their offices have overseen a huge transformation as more and more entrepreneurs flock here. Modern equipped offices that take up over 5 floors, excellent meeting rooms, and an awesome rooftop working space. Cocoon Networks is located in 4 Christopher St, London EC2A 2BS, UK. Their prices start from £195 a month for coworking space and £390 a month for a Dedicated Desk.

The Brew

Looking for a cool, relaxed and community-oriented coworking space? Then try out The Brew. This is an affordable space that doesn’t have any hidden fees and is located in London’s Hoxton neighborhood.  They’re found in 163 City Rd, Hoxton, London EC1V 1NR, UK. Their prices range around £450 a month to co-work.

Launch22

Launch22 offers you a friendly co-working space at very fair pricing. They’re located in 31a Corsham Street, London, N1 6DR. You can pay as little as £55 a month for evening access or £220 a month for a hot desk. A fixed desk goes for 260 a month and includes 24/7 access, 365 days a year.
It’s ideal for recent graduates who’re still working on a tight budget.

Ministry of startups

Ministry of Startups is a great place to work from, and it offers you an all rounded coworking space. It’s affordable and recommendable for startups that are just starting to establish themselves; there’s a good community to help mentor you as you scale up. Their prices start from £225 per person per month for a private office and £185 per month for small groups looking to co-work. The prices will depend on the locations that include 4 Elder Street London, E1 6BT, 14-22 Elder Street London, E1 6BT and 17 Blossom St, London, E1 6PL.

Runway East

This mainly targets tech companies that are scaling up. Runway East offers you 13,000 square ft space and rooms large enough to accommodate 120 persons. If you’re looking to work in a quiet but bustling office space, this is the place for you. Access is strictly by premium membership; feel free to contact them for more details on this. Rainmaking Loft

Rainmaking loft is more than just a coworking space, it offers you a beautiful view of the pub and dock below. Techhub

TechHub is located in central London and offers a great coworking space for companies that are just starting up. Strategically located in the heart of the city and the pricing is fairly affordable. Tobacco Dock

This is a historic place to work from, it’s located in the heart of the banking fraternity in Canary Wharf. Tobacco Dock offers a great coworking environment; Mass Challenge is an example of Startups that are based here. It’s located in the Dock, Tobacco Quay, Wapping Lane, London, E1W 2SF. Their charges range from £325 a month for a workstation, £3,500 a month for a fully furnished private office, and 50 a month for affiliate membership. All the charges are inclusive of VAT.

The Hatch

The Hatch is another coworking space in London worth a mention.  It’s a relatively new place, and the management is still trying to find their footing; we were thus unable to dig much about them. But from a glance, it’s a great place for startups that are scaling and looking to mingle with like-minded entities. It’s located at 37 Heneage St, London E1 5LJ, UK. Their prices weren’t provided on their site by the time we wrote this post.

Work Hubs

Can you imagine working in a space that resembles an office and a coffee shop all at once! Work Hubs is a great place for those looking for a semi-permanent place to work from for a day, a few days, weeks, and so on. Free tea and coffee are offered, and broadband is quite fast.  Work Hubs is located in 105a Euston Street, London, NW1 2EW. A starter’s pass will cost you £15 for 8 hours and is valid for 30 days. A day pass enables you to work all day from your desk @ £29 per day. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

WeWork

With WeWork, you can select over 17 different locations in London to work from each with options of hot desking, private offices, or dedicated desks. Members have access to conference rooms, intranet, and weekly events, and so on so forth. The pricing is determined by the location you pick out of the 17 options on offer. Check out details here.

Timberyard

Timberyard has three locations, two in Central London and one in East London. Great place to have coffee as you work, especially as a visitor to London or when attending a meeting. Both private and public spaces are available for booking. They’re open seven days a week, and the pricing depends on the day plus kind of rooms you book. They’re located in Central London, 7 Upper St Martin’s Lane, London, WC2H 9DL, 4 Noel Street, London, W1F 8GB

Greenhouse

This is an ideal coworking space for small startups. It has 3 locations in London, most located in the North. Their amenities and facilities are fairly good, plus their pricing is affordable to most. A hot desk at Greenhouse will cost you £150 a month per person, and you have access 20 hours a week. As a member, you also get discounts on the café and event spaces.

Oval office

Hackney; this coworking space draws its inspiration from the famous East London’s Oval Space. As a member here, you get 24/7 access to Oval Space and subsided prices when using the cafe. Free organic fruits are offered. Oval Office charges £199 per person per month (Inclusive of VAT) and can be accessed using the Bethnal Green Tube or the Hackney Central Overground stations.

Canvas

Canvas is located in Brixton Hill and was established by a social enterprise Connection Crew. All profits generated here go towards helping the homeless in London.  There’s access to private meeting rooms, plenty of coffee and tea, all at the cost of £195 a month per person. This includes VAT.  Canvas is a nice place to work from if you’re on a low budget; plus the knowledge that all proceeds go towards helping the homeless across the city makes it even more preferable.

Cooks Yard

Cooks Yard has 16 desks which are very ideal for anyone looking for a serene space with a tightly knit community.  It’s conveniently located along 80 Mile End Road, London, E1 4UN.  The prices range from £ 225 per person for one desk, £85 per week for one desk, or a daily rate of £ 25 for one desk. Their special offers include 180 a month if you book for three consecutive months, or a flat rate of £ 160 per month if you book for 12 months.

Winkley street

This is another great coworking space owned by the same management as Cooks Yard. Winkley Street may not have the most luxurious amenities and facilities, but the strong community here is so ideal. It’s located along 7 Winkley Street, London, E2 6PY. Their rates start from £265 per month, £85 per week or a daily rate of £25. Book for three consecutive months at £235 or 6 months for £215

Bloom.space

As the name suggests, this coworking space is designed to help entrepreneurs and startups bloom. Bloom.space is a cost-effective coworking space that has a community of around 30 members or so. It’s located on 52 Gower Street London WC1E 6EB.  Their charges range from £150 a month for coworking and £350 for a fixed desk. It’s a convenient place if you’re looking for a bustling coworking space in central London.

Central Working

Central Working is unique in that it partners with the surrounding bars, restaurants, and hotels to create a unique coworking space. Membership allows you to a hot desk from any of their numerous locations across London.  Locations; 4 Crown Place London, 11-13 Bayley Street, London, 2 Kingdom Street, London, 80 Wood Lane, London, to mention a few. eOffice

eOffice is located in Soho’s Oxford Street, just off Tottenham Court Road tube. The broadband is fast; there are great amenities like private meeting rooms, a coffee shop, plus 24.7 access to the coworking space. Focus Hub

The Focus Hub is a great place if you’re looking for a tranquil space that helps you concentrate. Focus Hub observes strict moments of quiet and concentration each day between 11-12pm and 3-4pm. Great coworking space for tasks that demand high levels of concentration without distractions. They’re located along 16 Palmers Rd, London E20SY, UK. £190 a month per person for coworking space, or £220 a month per person for a fixed desk.

Fora

This coworking space comes with conspicuous elegance and luxuriousness. Fora has superb architecture and beautiful designs that transform the ambiance into a small paradise right in the heart of the City. Their amenities include a library, Yoga room, massage services, a fireplace, and much more. Be ready to part with around £425 a month for coworking space at Fora. They’re located along 9 Dallington Street, Clerkenwell, EC1V 0LN.

Hotel elephant

Hotel Elephant is a tastefully designed coworking space located on 1-5 Spare Street, London SE17 3EP, UK. You’ll like the creative interior décor; it’s ideal for artists and those in the creative fields. Recent graduated are given special pricing. Pricing; £360 a month for coworking, £330 a month for a dedicated desk, or £1320 per month for an individual office.

Frameworks

Located in the heart of Shoreditch, Frameworks is a relatively new entity. Their prices are affordable, and the amenities are awesome.  The coffee is great; it’s a good place to sit down and get things done. Coworking space will cost you £200 a month, which is really nice considering the amenities that are on offer. Frameworks is located along 9 Hewett Street, London EC2A 3NN, UK.

IdeaSpace

IdeaSpace is a nicely designed coworking space that brings together a diverse community of digital nomads from all over. Great place to meet those in the same field as you, exchange notes, conceive new ideas, and such like. It’s located on 83 Lavender Hill, London SW11 5QL, UK. A dedicated desk at IdeaSpace will cost you £400 a month while shared coworking space goes for £280 a month. The prices are inclusive of VAT.

Innovative Warehouse was established in 2010 and prides itself of being home to over 200 Startups.
