Campus London is one of the largest and most popular coworking spaces in the City. Here, you get to meet a thriving community of entrepreneurs, startups, and freelancers. The events space always has something going on; plus, the underground coffee shop comes in handy between meetings or when you’re simply hanging out. Headspace has a cool name and to back that up, they provide a great place to work from. They’re popular for that superb sound system, free bars, kitchens; it’s a great place to work from or to have a meeting. You can pick Farringdon if you’re looking for a place in Central London or Marylebone for those in West London.  Their prices start from £400 per and £ 550 person per month in Farringdon and Marylebone respectively. These prices are inclusive of VAT and you get 24/7 access to your workstation and all the amenities like a dedicated desk.

This is for you if you’re looking for a premier coworking space that has a robust network of investors. Innovation Warehouse was established in 2010 and has excellent facilities for individual and group teams. Some of their partners include Capital Enterprise, Accelerator Academy, even the City of London. They’re located in 1 E Poultry Avenue, London, EC1A 9PT. Their prices start from £150 a month for Hot Desking, £250 a month for semi-permanent, and £350 a month for The Hive.

This is for you if you want a lively coworking space that has all the hustle and bustle of a modern city. 90 Mainyard has an ample, open coworking space that’s recommendable for startups that are looking for a vibrant coworking atmosphere. 90 Mainyard is located at 90 Wallis Road, London, E9 5LN. It’s also one of the most affordable co-working spaces in London, costing you £180 – £200 each month for 24-hour access to working space. Central Working has an element of elegance and luxuriousness to its coworking space, which isn’t surprising, considering that the CEO here used to design luxury airport lounges.  Great amenities here although their prices are presently unclear on their site. Perhaps you should drop them an email or call for more details. Second Home has super fast internet, offering download speeds of up to 2GB per second. This is a melting pot of diversity; you’re likely to stumble upon anyone here; from small startups to famous investors, to university students, foreign tourists, you name it. This is a historic place to work from, it’s located in the heart of the banking fraternity in Canary Wharf. Tobacco Dock offers a great coworking environment; Mass Challenge is an example of Startups that are based here. It’s located in the Dock, Tobacco Quay, Wapping Lane, London, E1W 2SF. Their charges range from £325 a month for a workstation, £3,500 a month for a fully furnished private office, and 50 a month for affiliate membership. All the charges are inclusive of VAT.

The Hatch is another coworking space in London worth a mention.  It’s a relatively new place, and the management is still trying to find their footing; we were thus unable to dig much about them. But from a glance, it’s a great place for startups that are scaling and looking to mingle with like-minded entities. It’s located at 37 Heneage St, London E1 5LJ, UK. Their prices weren’t provided on their site by the time we wrote this post.

Can you imagine working in a space that resembles an office and a coffee shop all at once! Work Hubs is a great place for those looking for a semi-permanent place to work from for a day, a few days, weeks, and so on. Free tea and coffee are offered, and broadband is quite fast.  Work Hubs is located in 105a Euston Street, London, NW1 2EW. A starter’s pass will cost you £15 for 8 hours and is valid for 30 days. A day pass enables you to work all day from your desk @ £29 per day. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

With WeWork, you can select over 17 different locations in London to work from each with options of hot desking, private offices, or dedicated desks. A hot desk at Greenhouse will cost you £150 a month per person, and you have access 20 hours a week. As a member, you also get discounts on the café and event spaces.

Hackney; this coworking space draws its inspiration from the famous East London’s Oval Space. As a member here, you get 24/7 access to Oval Space and subsided prices when using the cafe. Free organic fruits are offered. Oval Office charges £199 per person per month (Inclusive of VAT) and can be accessed using the Bethnal Green Tube or the Hackney Central Overground stations.

This includes VAT.  Canvas is a nice place to work from if you’re on a low budget; plus the knowledge that all proceeds go towards helping the homeless across the city makes it even more preferable.

Cooks Yard has 16 desks which are very ideal for anyone looking for a serene space with a tightly knit community.  It’s conveniently located along 80 Mile End Road, London, E1 4UN.  The prices range from £ 225 per person for one desk, £85 per week for one desk, or a daily rate of £ 25 for one desk. Their special offers include 180 a month if you book for three consecutive months, or a flat rate of £ 160 per month if you book for 12 months.
